OneStopShop, the application for managers of co-owned properties

– OneStopShop, a digital platform for managing co-owned property incidents, from reporting to repair

– A major innovation in the co-ownership market in partnership with Inch

– A new milestone in the transformation and digitisation of Verlingue’s services to meet the needs of its customers

Verlingue – a leading insurance broker for real estate professionals – is continuing to digitise its services with the launch of OneStopShop: a new digital platform for managing co-owned property incidents, from the declaration to the resolution of the incident.

Created in partnership with the Inch property management platform, OneStopShop is part of an overall tailor-made advice and support service that Verlingue provides to its customers on a daily basis.

The application was developed to respond to the main difficulty encountered by managers of co-owned property in the event of claims; i.e. the fact that there are several different contacts involved, who often use different means of communication.
OneStopShop acts as a real interface for communication between the co-owners’ committee, the tenants and resident owners and the company that manages the co-ownership.

OneStopShop therefore coordinates and centralises the exchanges and actions of all the people involved in the claims, tracks the progress of the claim until its resolution, ensures the repair are managed and performed without any advance payments, and guarantees high-quality repair operations thanks to a network of specialists.

We want to consider the big picture, not just to be involved in the insurance aspect but to play a role throughout the entire chain required to resolve a claim. For a long time now, our customers have been asking us to make their life easier by integrating the insurers’ automatic management of a claim, when a repair is required as part of a co-ownership claim. Today, we have done it with OneStopShop.” says Stéphane Grandchamp, Director of Verlingue Immobilier (Real-estate)
