Verlingue is proud to be a partner of the first edition of the Economic Inclusion Summit initiated by the Mozaïk Foundation, at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Recovery on Monday, November 29.
The theme at the heart of this first edition is diversity in all its forms. Whether it is cultural, social, or geographical. How it can be as much a gas pedal of growth for companies as a real inclusive dynamic in our society project.
This event aims to give a new acceleration to the systemic change in favor of equal opportunities in access to employment.
To make the event accessible to all, the day will be in a hybrid format: live at Bercy completed by a digital platform with a live broadcast of debates, interactions, polls, exchanges and networking in the presence of CEOs, managers, candidates, journalists, sportsmen, actors, comedians, opinion leaders and Ministers, such as Bruno Le Maire, Minister of Economy, Finance and Recovery and Elisabeth Borne, Minister of Labor, Employment and Integration.
On the agenda for the day:
– Round tables between executives, around 10 major themes: economic growth, governance, management, innovation or sectors developing their performance through diversity.
– Meetings between CEOs and talents to establish discussions between leaders and talents who are looking for or performing in their career path.
– Workshops on talent identification, goal setting, diversity measurement and legal framework…
– A forum space that will allow companies to meet (in a job dating format, mini conferences, …) talents from a pool made available in October by the Mozaïk Foundation.
